Refund policy

We aim to provide pure and high-quality ghee. Please read our return and refund rules carefully.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do NOT accept returns once the product is opened.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product was damaged on arrival

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product packaging was tampered with on delivery

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Refunds

A refund will be issued only if:

  • Your return request is approved

  • The product is unused and in original condition

Refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.


3. Replacement

If stock is available, we offer free replacement instead of refund.


4. How to Request a Return
